(Lila loves her baby Jesus. She went and found this book, opened it to this page, climbed up on the piano and brought down Mary, Joseph, and baby Jesus. This is how I found them....SO SWEET!!)

Christmas Time is Comin'

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, in hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there.




Deck the Halls with boughs of holly, fa la la la la, la la la.


I saw momma kissing Santa Claus, underneath the mistletoe last night.


Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle all the way.


Just hear those sleigh bells jingling, ring tingle tingling too. Come on, it´s lovely weather for a sleigh ride together with you.


Away in a manager no crib for a bed. The little Lord Jesus lay down his sweet head.

It's Beginning to Look A lot like Christmas

After viewing "A Tour of Homes" last year on several other blogs I read, I decided I wanted to do this. I LOVE Christmas decorations and seeing other peoples homes makes it super fun to get ideas and new traditions from. SO, I thought I would give you a "sneak peak" into our Home for the Holidays!
Please note, I am one of those that will still be decorating or tweaking or trimming the tree up until actual Christmas. I just can't help it! I guess it is the designer in me.
Anyway, here are a few things that are completed....for now. :)
I hope to give you a little peak every day from now until Christmas time, so be sure to check back.
For anyone reading this, I am officially tagging you to post your favorite Christmas decor and traditions. I want to see, I want to see!

You start with picking out the perfect Christmas tree! (I was calm this year in picking ours out and didn't cry the the whole time because I hated it)

Then you hang some ornaments and a bow on a wreath.


And we like a festive rug and dishtowels here at the Harrell home.
