Kelly's Kids, ironically enough!! They are sold thru reps who do parties like Pampered Chef and Beauticontrol. I have a friend here who sells them. I can have her find someone in Columbia or Franklin if you want. They are pricey but SO cute!

There are several places... depending on dressy stuff or casual... as easy as Gymboree or Children's Place (better on-line)... or Little Cottage at the Factory... or CDW Kids(online) or look here...http://www.woodensoldier.com/index.aspx...
OH OH OH Heartstrings... they have one at Opry Mills near Carter's
